The purpose of this standard is to establish a procedure to provide all the necessary instructions to perform the statutory inspections of the storage and distribution facilities for bottled Liquefied Petroleum Gases (LPG), describing the minimum safety requirements that shall be checked and the verifications to be performed by an accredited inspection body according to the current regulations. This procedure shall be applied to the start-up inspections and periodical check-ups of those storage and distribuition facilities.
