The purpose of this standard is to define the methodology to be applied by the refrigeration companies authorized at the corresponding level of the installation, in the field of refrigeration installations for the performance of regulatory periodic review work corresponding to the refrigeration installations regulated by the Royal Decree 552/2019, of September 27, which approves the Safety Regulation for Refrigeration Installations (hereinafter RSIF), and its Complementary Technical Instructions (hereinafter IF). Regulatory periodic reviews cannot be carried out by self-supporting companies.
