This standard defines a framework for the assessment of performance of systems using gas and liquid fuels, for appliances not exceeding 70 kW heat input and 300 l water storage capacity, used as support of thermal solar systems. This standard produces a quality indicator, based in a defined comfort level. This standard does not cover the operation of the thermal solar installation, as it's covered by the relevant European standard.
