Add the following new paragraph in front of the existing last paragraph: Fuse resistors with particular overcurrent protection are not intended to be replaced by the enduser of an electrical / electronic appliance. Replace the existing first paragraph with the following paragraph: For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in Clause 3 of IEC 60127-1:2006 as well as resistor-related standards IEC 60115-1, IEC 60115-4-101 and IEC 60115-4-102 with exceptions of 3.5 and 3.8.
