This document provides requirements and recommendations on the conditions (means of delivery) and minimum required information to deliver when providing electronic instructions for use (eIFU) for in vitro diagnostic medical devices (IVDs).

The content of the eIFU is not in the scope of this standard, as it is covered by the documents in the ISO 18113 series.
