This standard is part of a series of standards on the method for calculation of system energy requirements and system efficiencies. The scope of this specific part is to standardise the: ¾ð required inputs; ¾ð calculation method; ¾ð resulting outputs, for space heating generation by: ¾ð air heating systems, including control; ¾ð overhead radiant heating systems for non-domestic use, including control; and ¾ð stoves. This standard does not apply to heating systems that utilise water as a heat transfer medium. Other heat generation systems such as boilers, heat pumps and others are covered in other sub modules of part M3 8.
