—    Lensmeter (LM)             Spectacle lens power

—    Phoroptor (PHOR)         Visual acuity

This document only addresses text-based device reporting of ophthalmic examination device data (OEDD). Images generated as needed during an ophthalmic examination are outside the scope of this document.
