The purpose of this standard is to establish a procedure to provide all the necessary instructions to perform the statutory inspections of stationary facilities of Liquefied Petroleum Gases (LPG) storage, either for direct on- site consumption or for local pipeline distribution, describing the minimum safety requirements that shall be checked at the startup and periodic inspections to be performed by an accredited inspection body according to the current regulations.
