The purpose of this report is to specify the necessary requirements to satisfy the safety criteria in high voltage test and measurement electrical installations affected by the Royal Decree R.D. 614/2001. This report applies to any kind of activity that may be made by a worker in test installations, such as laboratories, experimental stations, control and routine verification stations, and in temporary test installations for electrical measurements, tests, verifications, calibrations, studies or research.
