This draft standard revises the current version of sea water resisting cements standard trying to align the text with the requirements established in the harmonized product standards of cement used. Therefore, it specifies additional requirements to be fulfilled by the corresponding cements complying with EN 197-1, EN 197-4 and EN 14216 to be considered water resisting cements as well as the conformity criteria. The above cited cements complying with the European related standards should be CE marked.
