NOTE Blue coloured text within this document indicates text aligned with CISPR 32. CISPR 32 contains the 266 appropriate emission requirements above 150 kHz for the equipment within the scope of this document. 267 This International Standard applies to multimedia equipment (MME) as defined in 3.1.24 and 268 having a rated AC or DC supply voltage not exceeding 600 V. 269 MME within the scope of CISPR 20 or CISPR 24 is within the scope of this publication. 270 MME with a broadcast reception function is within the scope of this publication, see 271 Annex A. MME with non-broadcast wireless interfaces is also within the scope of this 272 publication, however, compliance with the publication does not require the assessment of the 273 performance of these interfaces. 274 MME intended primarily for professional use is within the scope of this publication. 275 MME for which immunity requirements in the frequency range covered by this publication are 276 explicitly formulated in other CISPR publications (except CISPR 20 and CISPR 24) is 277 excluded from the scope of this publication. 278 The objectives of this publication are: 279 " to establish requirements which provide an adequate level of intrinsic immunity so that 280 the MME will operate as intended in its environment in the frequency range 281 0 kHz to 400 GHz; 282 " to specify procedures to ensure the reproducibility of tests and the repeatability of 283 results. 284 Due to technology convergence of the functions of MME, the performance criteria have been 285 determined on a function-orientated basis rather than an equipment-orientated basis
