However, in general, it does not take into account: " children playing with the appliance; " the use of the appliance by young children and very young children; " the use of the appliance by older children without supervision. It is recognized that very vulnerable people may have needs beyond the level addressed in this standard. The NOTE references of Note Z1, Z2 and Z3 have to be replaced by Note Z101, Z102 and Z103.
