This document defines the policy, functional and security requirements on (qualified) trust services for electronic ledger. This includes requirements to ensure: - their provision by one or more trust service providers; - the establishment of the origin of data records in the ledger; - the unique sequential chronological ordering of data records in the ledger; - the recording of data in such a way that any subsequent change to the data is immediately detectable, ensu-ring their integrity over time.
