This standard establishes the general aspects of a production system for vegetables and fruits including their handling and packaging in the warehouses and which main destination is the fresh consumption for two types of standardised crops: - controlled production, developed in the UNE 155100 and UNE 155200 families of standards and - controlled production incorporating biological pest control, developed in the UNE 155400 and UNE 155500 families of standards.
