This standard determines the quality classes and specifications for shells of almond, hazelnut, pine nut, pistachio, walnut as well as crushed pine cones used as fuel. This standard covers fruit shells produced from fruit biomass according to the classification in table 1 of Standard UNE EN ISO 17225-1.
