The purpose of this standard is the definition, as well as the description of the method and the procedure necessary to elaborate the Solar Year Percentile Value (ASP-Value). The scope of the standard refers to the needs associated with the projects of solar thermal power plants, or in general to any system of solar utilization based on Direct Normal Irradiance (DNI).
