The purpose of this standard is to establish the test methods and specifications for colmated cork stoppers, ready for use, used to stop bottles of still wines that comply with the UNE-EN 12726 Standard for cork stoppers with an inlet diameter of 18.5 mm for safety corks and capsules. This standard applies to stoppers consisting of a one-piece natural cork cylinder, filled with cork dust and cork glue.
